Gargiulo + Partners has maintained a retainer-based relationship with this global industry leader in commercial, consumer, and investment banking since our founding in 1999. Over the years, we have advised executives across the organization, working on both the firmwide and sector-specific levels.
On a firmwide level, we assist in preparing shareholder and regulatory communications.
For the treasury and securities services business, we sharpened the brand messaging, based on research we conducted and research conducted by third-party firms. The segment-specific messages we developed are being used as the basis for internal communications as well as client and investor communications.
For the investment bank’s Asia Pacific office, we developed a host of marketing materials. These included presentations introducing the firm’s capabilities, both globally and throughout the Asia Pacific region, and a series of presentation modules describing the breadth and depth of the firm’s investment banking products.
We also work alongside the firm’s investment bankers in IPO transactions, helping clients prepare their roadshow presentations and coaching management teams on effective presentation delivery.
Over the course of a three-year assignment for the firm’s private banking division, Gargiulo + Partners counseled management and bankers on a host of client materials and led numerous training sessions for marketers. These included communications protocols for the post-merger “day one” launch of the business immediately following the firm’s acquisition of another bank. We developed messages highlighting the benefits of the merger for private banking clients, which were then used as the basis for client letters and marketing presentations. And we created a program to educate bankers about how to position and explain the merged firm’s expanded capabilities for clients.
Gargiulo + Partners also designed and led several communications training sessions for the firm’s marketing support professionals, coverage bankers, and merger and acquisition specialists.
